You'll join our WA team, reporting to both our WA leadership and National C&SE Lead, and play a key role in delivering complex engagement projects, supporting bids, and collaborating with project teams across a wide range of sectors.

About the Role
As a Communications & Stakeholder Engagement Consultant, you'll:
- Lead and advise on complex, high-profile communications and stakeholder engagement programs
- Act as a trusted adviser to senior clients and project leaders
- Leverage your market presence and network to help shape and win work
- Provide senior input into bids, pursuits, and client positioning
- Mentor and support others, building capability and awareness across NSW
- Work collaboratively across teams and disciplines within the business
- Play a key role in the development and delivery of a national business plan to drive the growth of a cohesive, high-performing national capability.
You'll bring creativity, adaptability, and stakeholder savvy, along with:
- 12+ years' experience in communications and stakeholder engagement (infrastructure, property, government, or consulting preferred)
- Strong executive-level communication and influencing skills
- Leadership experience is highly regarded, as we will look to grow a team around you
- A collaborative approach, with confidence engaging people at all levels across business, government, and community
- A trusted network of clients and potential partners
- An understanding of confidentiality, sensitivity, and working in environments where public perception matters
- Strong time management and the ability to adapt to evolving project needs and deadlines
