TSA Riley have a new and exciting opportunity to join our business as Marketing Manager in London. We have offices in central London (Blackfriars) and Croydon. We are happy for the successful candidate to be based in either office to perform this role. Hybrid working is also standard practice within the business.
The Marketing Manager role will be a key role in executing TSA Riley’s integrated marketing strategy, aimed at enhancing brand visibility and driving strategic growth.
The role is responsible for developing and implementing innovative marketing initiatives and campaigns that align with our organisational goals and target the Aware segment of our sales funnel.
This position focuses on digital marketing, content creation, events management, and strategic media execution across the UK&I. As a member of the marketing and pursuits team, the Marketing Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of marketing programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:
Customer Focus
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand, key service line and sector brand awareness and client engagement in the region.
- Coordinate with regional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with client needs and market opportunities.
- Collaborate with Regional Directors and key sector/service line leads to plan and execute client events, membership, and sponsorship opportunities – including content strategy (in conjunction with the Comms and Content team), messaging, external promotion, and creative execution. Partner with the Comms and Content team to identify opportunities to pitch senior leaders for speaking opportunities and amplify across relevant channels.
- Implement media strategies to effectively promote marketing initiatives and enhance brand presence across relevant channels.
- Partner with Comms and Content team around the creation and distribution of thought leadership content in the region, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and strategic objectives.
- Support management of the UK&I marketing budget to ensure efficient use of funds in brand-building campaigns and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor and assess the financial performance and ROI of marketing programs to ensure they deliver strong returns on investment and support overall business objectives.
- Design and implement integrated marketing campaigns, optimised channel strategies, and event, sponsorship, and membership plan to drive market engagement.
- Work closely with the Comms and Content team to ensure consistent messaging and brand identity across all platforms.
- Partner with Marketing Operations Lead to conduct SEO audits and optimise content to improve organic search visibility and drive traffic to the website.
- Assist in developing and managing the marketing calendar, ensuring timely execution of campaigns and initiatives.
- Track and analyse marketing metrics, providing regular monthly/quarterly reports on performance to inform future strategies.
- Promote and embed best practices in marketing across the business to enhance marketing effectiveness and strengthen our organisational capability.
- Provide regular advice, training and guidance to business stakeholders in the application of TSA Riley’s brand guidelines.
- Manage relationships with external suppliers and agencies, when required, to save cost or add value to the development of marketing initiatives.
- Manage UK&I marketing events programme, to include internal and external networking, business development and client entertainment events.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to include sector heads and regional directors to ensure effective execution of event, sponsorship, and membership strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution of marketing programs and initiatives.
- Degree in Marketing, Business Management, Communications, or a similar related discipline is desired.
- Experienced in working in management role within a marketing team and carrying out digital marketing, content marketing, or event management, preferably in B2B marketing. Ideally this experience would be within the property, infrastructure, or professional services sectors.
- Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns that drive brand engagement and awareness.
- Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing analytics.
- Experience in brand management, channel strategy, and event/sponsorship planning.
- Excellent copywriting and editing skills, with the ability to create compelling content across various platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Experience in media strategy and execution, including managing relationships with external vendors and agencies.
- A data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
