Project Director — Major Capital Health Project (North Queensland)
Project Director — Regional Portfolio (Central Queensland)

We are seeking exceptional Project Directors with consultancy experience to join our Health team and lead the next generation of major capital and regional health projects.
Project Director — Major Capital Health Project (North Queensland)
- Major regional hospital expansion and redevelopment
- Flexible remote work model with regular travel to site
- Delivery within a live, operational healthcare environment
- Strong focus on building relationships, risk management, and delivery strategy
Project Director — Regional Portfolio (Central Queensland)
- Oversight of a portfolio of rural and regional health projects
- Travel required across multiple locations
- Program-level leadership across governance, reporting, client interface, and delivery performance
- Strong focus on achieving exceptional outcomes for regional health services
About you
You are a high-performing client-side / consultancy Project Director with a strong track record in health or social infrastructure.
You bring:
- Proven experience delivering major capital projects and/or complex programs
- Ability to navigate highly complex stakeholder environments, including government and clinical users
- Strong capability in governance, commercial management, and procurement
- Confidence leading through complexity, ambiguity, and change
- A collaborative, influential leadership style with executive presence
