About the role.
We’re looking for a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding KL-based team supporting our UK operations. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in fit-out projects, particularly within the leisure and sports sectors.

This role requires someone proactive and independent, confident in the fundamentals of measurement, estimation, and cost planning for interior design (ID) works. You’ll also play an active role as a Project QS, requiring strong communication and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to regularly update the Associate Director on project progress, challenges, and key deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cost Management: Perform measurement and estimation across pre-contract works.
  • Employers Agent: Manage contractual aspects of projects, issue instructions, and ensure compliance with relevant terms.
  • Contract Administration: Oversee contract processes and provide sound contractual guidance.
  • Sector Diversification: Contribute to projects across a range of sectors including fit-out, commercial, high-end residential, and data centres.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate cost, contract, and delivery risks aligned with quantity surveying best practices.
  • Reporting: Prepare cost plans, financial reports, and forecasts to inform stakeholders and support decision-making.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external project stakeholders, including TSA teams in the UK, Australia, and Malaysia.
About you.
  • A recognised degree in Quantity Surveying (UK, Australia, or Malaysia)
  • 5–10 years’ experience, ideally with exposure to UK-based projects
  • Working towards MRICS or intending to pursue accreditation
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes and building regulations
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools -  CostX is essential
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and to budget
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A collaborative, adaptable mindset with a willingness to learn
