The role
As a Senior Associate, you will operate with a high degree of autonomy and accountability, contributing directly to business growth while supporting the successful delivery of projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and contributing to high-quality tenders, proposals and submissions
- Supporting business development activities and actively contributing to winning new work
- Managing and coordinating project teams to deliver outcomes to scope, time and quality
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex problems and inform strategic decisions
- Bringing creativity, innovation and fresh thinking to proposals, project delivery and client solutions
- Communicating clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels
You are a motivated and commercially minded professional who enjoys shaping opportunities and influencing outcomes.
You will bring:
- 15+ years demonstrated experience in tender writing, proposals or business development within a professional services or advisory environment
- Proven ability to lead project teams and manage multiple priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to engage senior clients
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- A highly analytical mindset, combined with creative and innovative thinking
- The ability to operate autonomously while collaborating effectively within a team
