Senior Salesforce Administrator

About the role
The purpose of this role is to administer TSA Riley's internal Salesforce ecosystem, which includes Salesforce, Certinia PSA & ERP, Marketing Cloud and Sage People. The role will focus on leveraging these technologies to build customised solutions that support business requirements, drive key business decisions, and ensure the quality and performance of these solutions. The successful candidate will be a key systems administrator, collaborating with the team to maintain and enhance 'Henri' in a way that aligns with our core business processes and supports our ongoing growth.
 
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will apply your technical expertise to provide leadership and guidance within the team, helping to ensure that the platform evolves to meet our strategic goals.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues to ensure smooth platform operation.
  • Working closely with other Salesforce Administrators across the group. 
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain Salesforce applications, integrations, and customisations.
  • Ensure the quality, performance, and optimisation of Salesforce solutions through rigorous testing and continuous improvements.
  • Stay current with industry best practices, and emerging trends to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce to enhance business processes, productivity, and scalability, making recommendations to support rapid organisational growth.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions, including user account maintenance, custom object creation, field management, and page layout configuration.
  • Support the development of training materials and provide training and assistance to both new and experienced end-users.
  • Design and build custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet business needs and performance goals.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity, and security are maintained at all times.
 About You
  • Salesforce Advanced Administrator CRT-211 certification.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security.
  • Minimum 5+ years of development experience on the Salesforce platform.
  • Demonstrated experience participating in all phases of Salesforce.com, including requirements gathering, planning-analysis-design, architect-build-deploy, and ongoing support.
  • Proven ability to define systems strategy, develop requirements, design and prototype solutions, test, train, define support procedures, and implement practical business solutions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience in the professional services sector is preferred.
