Dan is an Executive Director and the Cambridge Office Director, where he leads the team and drives the strategic growth of the Cambridge office. His role is pivotal in driving the continued expansion and success of TSA Riley both in Cambridge and nationally.
A chartered Quantity Surveyor with over 17 years of experience, Dan has worked across a wide range of sectors, including residential, commercial, retail, health and leisure. Dan is Head of Later Living, leads TSA Riley’s national MMC team and is the account manager for some of the business' major clients. In addition, he supports the wider profession as an RICS APC Assessor.
Dan builds strong, long-term relationships with clients through his dedication, enthusiasm, and in-depth knowledge, consistently delivering success for the Cambridge region and clients, alongside leading and managing successful teams within TSA Riley.

David Ayres
Regional Director | UK & Ireland
David is the Regional Director of the Midlands within the UK and Ireland Leadership Team. Collaborating closely with other regions, he leads the Midlands Business Plan, focusing on driving sustainable growth, building strong teams, and actively engaging with clients.
With over twenty years of industry experience, David has earned a strong reputation as a project manager and employer’s agent nationally. His expertise encompasses feasibility and due diligence studies, pre-construction project management, cost control, design team coordination, risk management, project planning and delivery. He is adept at negotiating technical aspects of development agreements, representing clients in developer-led projects, and managing regulatory and statutory processes within programme constraints.
David leads the UK Project Management and ESG service offering, ensuring our related capabilities are delivered with excellence through forward-thinking leadership and refinement of service delivery models.
