Regional Director | Cost Management Lead | UK&I
Chris is a Regional Director and a member of the UK and Ireland Leadership Team. Based in the UK, Chris leads our National Cost Management Service line and our offshore Cost management Team based in Malaysia. Chris provides forward-thinking leadership to drive national growth, refine the service delivery model, and enhance global capabilities for clients, all while contributing to the success of the overarching business plan.
As an experienced Director Level Cost Manager, Chris has worked across various sectors and has worked on large scale private and public developments, in particular he has expertise in large scale strategic land and inner-city regeneration. With market facing knowledge , Chris will guide clients through the latest market conditions, ensuring TSA Riley provides a full inception to completion cost management service whilst providing the overall delivery of strategic cost advice.

David Ayres
Market Development Director | UK&I
David is the Market Development Director within the UK&I Leadership Team, focused on driving strategic business growth across the UK&I. He leads the identification and pursuit of high-value opportunities, develops strategic partnerships, explores new markets, and maximises the value of key frameworks and relationships. With a strong external focus, David also champions collaboration between the Pursuits and Consultancy teams, helping to position the business for sustainable growth through new opportunities, services, and markets.
With over 20 years of industry experience, David has earned a strong reputation as a project manager and employer’s agent nationally. His expertise encompasses feasibility and due diligence studies, pre-construction project management, cost control, design team coordination, risk management, project planning and delivery. He is adept at negotiating technical aspects of development agreements, representing clients in joint venture and forward fund projects, and managing regulatory and statutory processes within programme constraints.
