Our client, Connect Plus, works on behalf of the National Highways to manage and operate the M25 and deliver safer, more reliable journeys. It has the 30-year DBFO concession for one of the busiest networks in Europe.

We provide the commercial team to Connect Plus, which is the operations and maintenance agent on behalf of Highways England. We provide contractual and commercial support, including procurement and contract closeout, for various capital, maintenance, and reactive contracts. Our staff have a pivotal role within Connect Plus and have been fully embedded into the wider team, many of them having worked there for over 10 years.

During this project, we worked with the design subcontractor to support the main Contractor in the major expansion of the existing Bank Underground Station. The expansion aimed to increase capacity and modernise the station, which was originally opened in 1900. The works included new over ground entrances, a 2km section of new underground running line below the city of London, increased circulation and concourse space and the provision of new lifts and moving walkways.

We provided commercial, planning, and project control support for the concept design phase in the Contractor’s Early Involvement stage of the project.
