Chief Executive Officer
Andrew is the CEO of TSA Riley, where he has been a Director since 2010. He is an experienced business manager and project director with an MBA and qualifications in engineering and property finance. Andrew has provided senior advisory and project director services for major government and private sector projects, including Sydney Light Rail and the NSW Government’s Barangaroo Delivery Authority. Before TSA Riley, Andrew worked at Macquarie Bank, Lendlease, and Arup.
Andrew is based in our Sydney office.

Lewis is an active UK & Ireland Leadership Team member, serving as the Regional Director for the South and London. With a wealth of experience in cost and project management, he has also undertaken roles in project monitoring and quantum dispute work. In his current position, Lewis drives the Southern region’s business plan, fosters client relationships, and provides strategic, supportive leadership.
Bringing over 2 decades of expertise, Lewis has delivered projects across a wide range of sectors. He previously led the leisure sector team, working with several high-profile health & fitness club providers, successfully delivering their new build and internal refurbishment programmes. Lewis has substantial residential and mixed-use development experience and has also delivered projects in the occupier and data centre market for banking and commercial clients.
