Scott Motley is Regional Director for the North of the UK and Ireland and a member of the UK&I Leadership Team. He has over 40 years of consultancy experience across the construction sector, both from an operational and client-facing perspective. Having worked across a variety of sectors, including water, rail, energy, health, education and defence, Scott has led teams and client accounts with a focus on impact, collaboration and shared success. Scott is particularly experienced in commercial aspects of capital projects including procurement of major programmes of work as well as individual projects. With a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale programs, Scott is passionate about fostering innovation and collaboration to create value for clients and communities, alongside driving operational excellence across the North of the UK.
