This scheme involves the construction of a specialist housing facility for dementia care, which consists of two-storeys and two-bungalow units for residents. In addition, the project also features car parking, hard landscaping and a complex soft landscaping area.
Upon completion of the scheme, it will home up to 40 residents, while also creating between 40 – 50 specialist jobs plus management roles for the region.

Since joining TSA Riley in 2019, Connor has established himself as a trusted advisor, recognised for his clear strategic thinking and leadership style. Scott Motley is Regional Director for the North of the UK and Ireland and a member of the UK&I Leadership Team. He has over 40 years of consultancy experience across the construction sector, both from an operational and client-facing perspective.
Having worked across a variety of sectors, including water, rail, energy, health, education and defence, Scott has led teams and client accounts with a focus on impact, collaboration and shared success.
Scott is particularly experienced in commercial aspects of capital projects including procurement of major programmes of work as well as individual projects. With a proven track record in managing multidisciplinary teams and delivering large-scale programs, Scott is passionate about fostering innovation and collaboration to create value for clients and communities, alongside driving operational excellence across the North of the UK.
