Alan Rimmer

Alan brings over 30 years of infrastructure experience across both public and private sectors in the UK and Australasia. As General Manager for Infrastructure and TSA Riley’s National Roads Sector Lead, he plays a key role in leading teams and shaping major infrastructure programs across Australia. His career spans senior roles with contractors and consultancies, giving him a well-rounded perspective on project delivery. Alan is PRINCE2 accredited and a trained relationship manager and facilitator, specialising in partnerships and risk management. He has long-standing experience in developing alliances and partnering arrangements that support client success. Alan’s leadership of large technical teams enables him to drive value across planning, design development, and delivery functions. His expertise includes design and construction management of major infrastructure schemes, and he is known for delivering complex projects with precision and efficiency.
