Andrew is an experienced project director and is TSA Riley's health sector lead in Queensland. He works closely with clients to align service needs with project planning and delivery, supporting effective health infrastructure outcomes.
Andrew has experience working across public and private health sectors, including operational roles in hospitals across New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria. His background spans hospital executive leadership and management across the project lifecycle with a strong emphasis on design, feasibility and business case phases. He is recognised for facilitating effective stakeholder engagement through user group consultation and working closely with health and government executives, clinicians and communities to deliver practical, patient‑centred outcomes across major capital health projects in metropolitan and regional centres.
