Andrew Turner

Andrew is an Executive Director and head of TSA Riley’s UK&I health sector. In his role as Head of Health UK&I, Andrew draws on extensive experience, including managing multiple schemes for top clients, enabling him to offer specialist advice on healthcare projects, oversee all health-related appointments, and continuously enhance service delivery within the sector.

Andrew’s deep knowledge of the sector is translated in how TSA Riley approach and understand our health client’s needs, including prioritising patient safety and end-user experience, managing the integration of sustainable practices and innovative technologies that can enhance the efficiency and functionality of healthcare facilities, and critically, ensuring risks are controlled and projects are delivered on time and within budget.

With over 20 years in the industry Andrew has also delivered a wide range of schemes across additional sectors including retail, education and industrial. By integrating innovations, best practice and lessons learned from these sectors, Andrew is able to enhance the quality and efficiency of healthcare projects, ensuring their successful delivery to the highest standards of safety and functionality.
