Brendan Robinson

Brendan is a Director at TSA Riley, where he leads the UK&I transport and infrastructure sector with a focus on overseeing all aspects of the sector. With over three decades of experience, Brendan has established himself as a leader in cost and project management services across large-scale infrastructure contracts, particularly within the civil, road, and rail sectors. As Head of Transport & Infrastructure UK&I, he manages a wider transport and infrastructure team, ensuring that each project is managed with the utmost care and attention to detail, delivering excellence and innovation for our clients at every stage.

A specialist in the NEC form of contract, Brendan has worked extensively on both Option A and C contracts since 2002. He brings a depth of expertise in cost management, contract administration, project controls, forecasting, and subcontract procurement and management. He is also highly experienced in administering change control procedures across NEC and other standard forms, often on complex and high-value projects.
