Caleb is TSA Riley’s NSW Health Sector Lead, bringing experience in health infrastructure planning and delivery, complemented by a clinical background and formal qualifications in health administration and project management. He has planned and delivered more than $1.5 billion of major health projects, providing end-to-end leadership across business cases, clinical services planning and project delivery.
His experience includes leading The Children’s Hospital at Westmead redevelopment from investment decision to completion, delivering Australia’s first Viral Vector Manufacturing Facility, and planning major regional hospital projects including Coffs Harbour, Macksville and Inverell Hospitals. Caleb combines sector expertise with strategic planning capability, helping clients develop and deliver infrastructure that supports better health outcomes for communities.
