Claire Evans leads TSA Riley’s Aged Care sector in NSW, bringing extensive experience across healthcare, aged care and residential development. She has delivered more than 40 new-build projects and previously led Care UK’s national care home development programme, with experience spanning the full development lifecycle, from site acquisition and feasibility through to construction, handover and operational readiness.

At TSA Riley, Claire supports clients through complex development and delivery challenges, combining commercial expertise with a deep understanding of the people, systems and services needed to make care facilities operational. Her focus is on delivering high-quality care environments that make a difference to residents’ lives.
