His expertise encompasses feasibility and due diligence studies, pre-construction project management, cost control, design team coordination, risk management, project planning and delivery. He is adept at negotiating technical aspects of development agreements, representing clients in developer-led projects, and managing regulatory and statutory processes within programme constraints.
