With a career spanning more than 20 years delivering education projects and capital programmes, David Browning brings first-hand university experience and deep sector knowledge to his role leading TSA Riley’s Australian tertiary offering.
As State Development Manager for Australian Catholic University, David led capital works across 3 campuses in NSW and the ACT, aligning investment, space planning, asset management and academic priorities. Since joining TSA Riley, he has led more than $700 million of education projects across complex tertiary education and school programmes, from masterplanning and business cases through procurement, construction and commissioning.
