Dragan Zlatkovic

Dragan is the General Manager of Infrastructure & Industry at TSA Riley and is the Australian National Ports Lead. He brings advanced commercial acumen and a proven track record in engineering leadership, project development and delivery from over 25 years in the industry. Throughout his career, Dragan has led multidisciplinary teams across diverse sectors, guiding project teams from early studies and concepts through to detailed design, procurement, construction, and commissioning. He is highly regarded for his ability to develop complex engineering scopes and deliver major strategic projects on time and within budget. Dragan’s expertise extends to contract negotiations and strategic project advisory. Holding a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Hons) from the University of Adelaide, Dragan continues to drive excellence and innovation across TSA Riley’s infrastructure and ports portfolio.
