James is an experienced infrastructure leader with a strong track record of delivering complex projects across Australia and internationally. He is TSA Riley’s Ports and Aviation Sector Lead in New South Wales, bringing extensive experience across major infrastructure projects, strategic advisory and business leadership.
A Chartered Civil Engineer and UNSW Executive MBA graduate, James brings expertise across project development, procurement, commercial management and delivery. Having also served as Regional General Manager for the Northern Territory, he combines technical expertise with commercial acumen and a passion for building high-performing teams.
James is a strong advocate for innovation and the practical application of emerging technologies. He was the 2025 TSA Riley SMART Prize winner for his work developing AI agents to improve project and commercial management and has pursued further studies in AI through MIT Professional Education.
