James Thompson

James is a Project Director at TSA Riley with a strong focus on the technical coordination and management of complex projects. James works across key project management functions including stakeholder coordination, programme control, issue resolution, and decision support. Recently, James supported the delivery of KiwiRail’s Ferry Replacement Programme and is working on Cooper and Company’s jewel of Britomart – Central, a 9-storey commercial building. He holds a Master of Building Science and applies a problem‑solving approach to managing risk, maintaining progress and achieving reliable project outcomes.
