Jennifer Chapman is a Technical Director at TSA Riley and the London Office Director, responsible for leading the London office strategy and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality outcomes for clients. She works closely with regional leadership and corporate services teams to drive alignment, performance and long-term office success.
Jenn brings extensive project delivery experience across industrial and logistics, data centres, high-end food retail, and mixed-use developments, gained in both the UK and Australia. As TSA Riley’s UK&I Data Centre Lead, she provides specialist sector leadership supported by a strong, practical delivery focus.
Since joining TSA Riley in 2019, Jenn has developed a deep commercial understanding of the business and its operations. She is known for her clear, people-centred leadership style and her ability to build collaborative, high-performing teams that deliver value to clients.
