Kimberley Kelly is the Head of People & Culture, UK & Ireland and has been with TSA Riley for 14 years. Working in TSA Riley's Sydney and Brisbane offices, Kimberley led the Organisational Effectiveness & Learning function and was central to the implementation of our award-winning 'GROW' Learning & Development programme. Kimberley is also People & Culture's global sponsor, and the Co-Chair, for 'Thrive ', TSA Riley's Diversity, Equity & Inclusion initiative. Kimberley has a 'people-first' philosophy, partnering with leads to build capability, strengthen engagement and support TSA Riley's growing teams.
