Kirsty sits on the New Zealand Leadership Team as the Head of People & Culture. Based in Auckland, Kirsty fosters a positive and inclusive work environment across Aotearoa and collaborates closely with TSA Riley’s People & Culture team across Australia and the UK too. With over 25 years of local and international experience in commercial, business operations and HR management, Kirsty is passionate about creating a culture that values diversity, equity, and inclusion, and empowering TSA Riley teams to achieve their full potential. Kirsty holds a Bachelor of Laws from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
