Laurie leads TSA Riley’s Property sector in Western Australia, guiding clients through the planning, structuring and delivery of high‑value residential and commercial developments. He also oversees social infrastructure projects and programs, shaping strategies that strengthen social and commercial outcomes. His 35‑year career spans Australia, the Middle East, the UK and Europe, including senior executive roles in government infrastructure delivery, private sector development and consulting.

He has significant experience leading complex property and infrastructure projects, including multi-billion-dollar mixed-use projects in the Middle East, urban renewal and heritage projects, residential communities, retail centres, and social infrastructure projects in the health, arts and tourism space. With a background in property development, construction management, project management and business, he brings expertise to the project lifecycle.
