Marina Passaris

Marina is the Head of People & Culture on the Australian Leadership Team, overseeing the growth and development of TSA Riley's project consultants and corporate services teams. A key focus for Marina is to enhance employee engagement, well-being, and organisational culture across Australia. She has experience across diverse industries including financial services, data and analytics, events, insurance, and recruitment, working with both local and global organisations. Marina holds a Bachelor of Business (Human Resources) from Victoria University.
