Mark Pickerill

Mark is TSA Riley’s National Cost Management Lead, based in Brisbane. He sits on the Australian leadership team and leads our national cost management capability. With more than 25 years of experience across Australia and the UK, his career spans industrial, health and research, commercial, residential, education and infrastructure sectors. Mark specialises in early definition, cost clarity and structured commercial pathways that support confident decision-making. He works closely with clients and project teams to align disciplines early and strengthen the commercial foundations that drive integrated delivery across the project lifecycle.
