Monika Sud

Monika Sud is the NSW Managing Principal and Advisory Service Line Lead for Australia. She is a Fellow Chartered Mechanical Engineer with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure. Monika specialises in procurement advisory, transaction management, and multi-disciplinary project leadership, with expertise in strategy development, including mergers and acquisitions. Monika has led major transport, water, and energy projects. She has provided commercial leadership and strategic procurement guidance for various contracting models including Design and Construct, Construct Only, Managing Contractor, Incentivised Target Cost and Alliances. Monika’s values centre on a keen ability to think beyond the issue at hand to consider bigger picture impacts, delivering improvements that reduce risks and enhance project performance.
