As General Manager, Paul leads TSA Riley’s Property and Commercial services in the ACT region. Paul has over 29 years’ experience in all phases of project delivery, including business case preparation and public works submissions. He has undertaken significant capital works projects Australia-wide, showcasing expertise in delivering projects in remote and regional communities.
Paul’s expertise extends across commercial offices (particularly high-security Government projects), new construction, aged care, and education sectors. Paul is a trusted expert consultant in pre-commitment leases. Throughout his career, he has managed lease negotiations and delivered some of the largest pre-committed fit-outs for the Commonwealth and Local Government in Australia.
