Peter is an engineer and delivery specialist with over 30 years of experience in infrastructure design, construction, and project leadership. He has held senior roles as Project Manager and Alliance Manager on major projects for Tier 1 contractors, and led design management and constructability planning on complex programs including Southern Cross Station, Gorgon Jetty, and North East Link. His expertise spans civil works, structural steel, and concrete across transport, marine, energy, and water sectors. As TSA Riley’s Principal and National Delivery Assurance Capability Lead in Australia, Peter has a strong understanding of safety, stakeholder engagement, cost control, and industrial relations. His ability to integrate technical precision with strategic delivery ensures high-performance outcomes on complex brownfield sites.
