Rachel Kirk

Rachel Kirk is an Associate Director based in Auckland and has been with TSA Riley for 8 years. She partners with public-sector clients to deliver complex transport and infrastructure projects that shape New Zealand's future. With over 30 years of infrastructure experience, Rachel has led major road, rail, and transport projects across New Zealand and the UK. Recently, she has managed teams for clients such as Auckland Transport. Before TSA Riley, she spent 12 years on capital projects at the NZ Transport Agency. Rachel moved to New Zealand in 2005 after contributing to landmark UK projects, including the Channel Tunnel Rail Link, M25, M1, and Thameslink 2000. As a Chartered civil engineer, Rachel brings people together, drives delivery, and puts safety and service first at every project stage.
