Richard is a Project Director and Leicester Office Director, leading the Leicester team and supporting the office’s strategic growth and success. In his role, Richard works closely with colleagues across the business to strengthen client relationships, foster collaboration and drive knowledge sharing, ensuring the delivery of high-quality outcomes and long-term value for clients.

Since joining TSA Riley in 2018 as a Cost Manager, Richard has gained extensive experience across the healthcare sector and in delivering large-scale residential and mixed-use developments. His strong commercial expertise, collaborative approach and commitment to project success have enabled him to deliver positive outcomes across a diverse range of projects and clients.

Richard has developed a deep understanding of TSA Riley’s business and client needs, combining commercial awareness with a people-centred leadership style.
