Stephen Riches

Stephen is the General Manager of Property in Queensland at TSA Riley. He brings over 25 years of experience in building and infrastructure, with a focus on health, education, accommodation and transport. Stephen is known for building strong client relationships and delivering results that matter. He has led several hospital programs valued at $2–4 billion for Queensland Health, leveraging his background in client-side leadership and Tier 1 contracting.

Stephen strengthens governance, project controls, and commercial strategy on complex programs to enable well-informed decisions. He advises clients on procurement strategy and delivery model selection to drive disciplined outcomes. He holds a Master of Project Management and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Building.
