ANZAC Village Program of Works, Sydney

TSA has partnered with RSL LifeCare on their flagship ANZAC development since 2003. We’ve been responsible for all masterplanning, concept design, development applications, tender management and delivery of the individual facilities.

For the individual developments within the village, our team have completed early feasibility studies and managed design teams through initiation to completion. TSA have then been responsible for the delivery and commissioning of each project.

The projects have been a mixture of RACFs (Retirement Aged Care Facilities) and ILUs (Independent Living Units). The facility beds and ancillary functions designed to comply with Commonwealth Aged Care Accreditation Standards and best practice methods.  While the ILUs are part of an integrated retirement village scheme comprising internal roads, community buildings, offices, shops and a childcare centre.
