Caulfield Campus Senior School | Teaching & Learning Building
The project's aim is to deliver the best possible learning environments for students and staff, both now and into the future.
TSA Riley is providing project management and superintendent services to deliver Caulfield Grammar School’s Teaching & Learning Building project.
Located on the Caulfield Campus in Melbourne, the 5-storey building will primarily cater to senior school students and staff and replace a series of older buildings on the campus. The new building will comprise various teaching spaces and science and technology labs, supported by internal and outdoor informal learning areas, and a vast central atrium staircase. All features are designed to encourage collaboration and enhance exposure to natural light.
Throughout the project’s design phase, TSA Riley engaged with internal stakeholders, authorities and the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning to ensure design development remained on track with the project’s ambitious programme. We also undertook extensive stakeholder engagement to inform and shape the project, ensuring it meets its ambitious educational, technological, and sustainability targets.
