SRS Warehouse

SRS Timber is a Rolleston based timber mill and is the largest mill in the Canterbury region.

The Stage 2 Warehouse was a project completed for Mainland Capital in early 2022. The warehouse is 2,500sqm, and includes a large loading canopy, expansion of site-wide infrastructure, significant hardstand area, and an extension to the internal heavy vehicle haulage access road.

The construction of the warehouse and yard slab were completed in a live timber yard with limited access. Coordinating construction activities with operational activities became a key deliverable. This project exceeded expectations – all deliverables were met, and well below budget.
