Sydney International Convention, Exhibition and Entertainment Centre PPP

The Sydney International Convention, Exhibition & Entertainment Precinct Project (SICEEP), involved the redevelopment of Darling Harbour centres into an integrated and world class convention, exhibition and entertainment precinct.

The precinct has been redeveloped into the following areas: The Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, the Sydney Entertainment Centre (SEC), the SEC Car Park and the surrounding public realm.

TSA Advisory was engaged by Infrastructure NSW (INSW) to act as Transaction Manager for the procurement of this complex scope of work. We also undertook a transaction process review to establish lessons learned from this significant PPP and development transaction.

The new centres opened in December 2016 as Australia’s first fully integrated harbourside convention, exhibition and entertainment precinct.
