The Henry Retirement Village

Since 2018, TSA Riley have been supporting The Henry to develop a new retirement living precinct over four separate stages. We have been involved since the project inception after The Henry purchased the land and undertook an initial development approval. TSA Riley provided strategic advice, authority approval management, design management, procurement and head contract management for the delivery of the project, while minimising the risk to the Henry.

We have successfully delivered the first three stages, which involved site infrastructure, 46 townhouses, a 2 storey club house, 2 apartment towers of 54 apartments and EV charging for all residents. Residents are due to move in mid 2024.

We are currently assisting the Henry with the design of the final stage of the development, 78 multi-unit apartments in additional to other precinct facilities and recreational amenities. The development approval has recently been granted.
