Broughton Retail Park

TSA Riley completed asset management projects comprising sub-division and refurbishment of retail units following tenant churn, the phased refurbishment of the park that included a first phase cinema and A3 unit new build scheme.

The circa 55,000ft² development comprises five restaurant units and an 11 screen cinema incorporating a ‘baby’ IMAX auditoria.

Refurbishment of the existing retail units comprised new double-height structural glazed shopfronts, glazed canopy, improved and widened customer walkways and refurbishment of the car park.

A steel framed structure primarily clad in solid composite cladding panels to suit the cinema use with structural glazing and wood veneer cladding used in the main elevation of the restaurant units, providing a contemporary feel. There is a spacious, hard landscaped area in front of the development allowing for external seating and planting areas, promoting a lively and active public realm.
