Buddle Findlay Fitout

Located on the third floor of the new Regent Building in Ōtautahi Christchurch’s Cathedral Square, Buddle Findlay’s 1,000sqm office fitout marks the firm’s return to its long-term home – 14 years after the 2011 Christchurch earthquake. Completed in 2024, it is a workplace that empowers its people, reflects its values and brand, and embraces modern ways of working.

Designed by Jasmax, the fitout reflects the unique light, textures, and natural landscape of Canterbury. A flexible layout offers a variety of collaborative and social spaces, quiet areas, and confidential meeting rooms. Client-facing areas have been crafted to accommodate meetings, seminars, and events, while staff wellbeing has been prioritised through end-of-trip facilities, a dedicated wellbeing room, and ergonomic furnishings.

TSA Riley provided full project management services for the fitout, supporting the project across the entire lifecycle from workplace strategy, design management through to construction and completion. We ensured Buddle Findlay’s values and requirements were embedded throughout the process, and we were delighted to deliver this beautiful, high quality and functional space for their team.
