Cambridge Science Park

The project comprises the demolition of the existing single-storey building on the Cambridge Science Park and the construction of a new, innovative five-storey building, including a setback floor with a plant/office and a lower ground floor to provide flexible use as the office of the research and development laboratory space.

The scheme will be constructed from a full CLT frame and will be the tallest timber framed office in Cambridge. It will offer flexible, sustainable, high performing future proof office space.

TSA Riley provided Project Management services on the scheme where our role was to coordinate the design and client team through the design stages and on site delivery to ensure the successful delivery of the project.
