Located in Papanui, Christchurch, the Cancer Society Centre is a 50-room accommodation unit created to host Cancer patients in the wider Canterbury area during their treatment period.
The development features an extensive administration area for Cancer Society staff to replace the former 2 office spaces in Christchurch.
The Centre includes variously sized guest rooms, allocated to suit each individual’s needs and visit lengths. Every room features a kitchenette, and all guests have access to a full shared kitchen available for use. Family-sized rooms, including 2 separate bedrooms and a small lounge, are also available.
TSA Riley was engaged to provide full Project Management services for this development on all project works from design through to construction.
