The alteration and refurbishment of the Grade II listed Harvey Court student residence, designed by Sir Leslie Martin.
TSA Riley provided Gonville and Caius College with Cost Consultancy services.
The building has a ‘ziggurat’ style, a very complex building form, especially where refurbishment and improvement works are desired.
The project involved:
- 100 rooms with en-suite facilities
- Reconfiguration of the ground floor
- Strip-out and re-installation of mechanical and electrical services to the existing building
structure - General repairs and improvements to the existing building structure.
