Housing 21

TSA Riley have enjoyed an excellent working relationship with Housing 21 since 2010, delivering 18 schemes comprising over 800 homes and currently delivering a further 5 schemes comprising over 350 homes for older people.

We have fulfilled the role of Employer’s Agent, Quantity Surveyor, Principal Designer, MMC Advisor and Development Manager. As MMC Advisor to Housing 21, we assisted in the delivery of the largest volumetric modular (category 1 MMC), net zero (operational) carbon, later living scheme in England - Patent House, Doncaster.

During this time, we have assisted Housing 21 in exploring innovative designs, defining standard specifications, and enhancing aspects of later living design to ensure the needs of residents and staff are met.
