Kawana Waters Residential Aged Care Facility

We initially conducted a feasibility assessment to help Opal understand the development potential and associated costs. We then provided project management services for the delivery of the project, including stakeholder and authority approvals.

The facility is future proof and supports a range of service levels, from low dependency to high care residents. There’s also one dedicated dementia wing with 16 beds to provide specialist care. There is strong focus on building community, with shared spaces for residents to enjoy, as well as fully landscaped outdoor areas.

The development was completed in February 2017 and delivered within the AUD $30 million budget.
