Maidenhead Town Centre Redevelopment

TSA Riley was appointed as the cost consultants for the Maidenhead town centre redevelopment.

The scope of works included:

• North rotunda building - five storey IT facility and bus changing / waiting area
• 96 residential units to a shell standard
• Five level new multi-storey car park
• Public piazza area and open space / public realm
• Extension / refurbishment of existing multi-storey car park providing 1,800 spaces
• Major infrastructure works and realignment of the A4
• 80,000 sq ft unit supermarket shell and fitting out
• 600 space off site park and ride facility
• 'South rotunda' - two storey café building
• Significant diversions of major public utilities
