Park Ridge Roundabout

This project commenced in 2021, when a new roundabout was required to enable safe access into a neighbouring residential development and future industrial zone.

TSA Riley’s scope of service includes design management, negotiating a developer’s agreement with NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi; tendering the construction contract; obtaining authority approvals; managing external stakeholders; chairing monthly PCG meetings; and performing client representative role throughout construction.

The project involves managing a Value Engineering process with tight budget constraints and working around major inground utilities such as gas, power and fibre. Work is taking place within a live operational environment. A particular benefit to the project has been our relationships with local authorities and subcontractors, resulting in the timely resolution of key project challenges.
