Nor’West on Victoria

Nor’West is a high-profile 4-storey (plus basement carpark) commercial building on a highly visible site on Victoria Street in Christchurch’s Central City. This was one of the first buildings to receive a resource consent after the February 2011 earthquakes.

TSA Riley was engaged as project managers for the project. The design was fully documented to achieve a grade 5-Star Green Star rating in an NZGBC assessment, utilising a variety of sustainability strategies to ensure the building is both comfortable and very efficient.

Nor’West was the 2015 Gold Winner of the New Zealand Commercial Project Awards and also the National Category Winner.
