The project comprised the design and construction of a new build office scheme comprising of eight two-storey blocks with 17 units in all. The works included steel framed and brick construction with profiled roof and wall cladding, providing a GIA of 72,000 sq ft of office space and associated car parking, drainage services and external works.

New Services Facilities Hub for West Midlands Ambulance Services

New build office scheme comprises a steel frame and constructed with profiled roof and wall cladding. The project provides a GIA of 830m² of offices, 38 car parking bays, 17 ambulance parking bays and parking provision for motorcycles and cycles.
