Around the corner from the University of Melbourne, TSA Riley was engaged to support GSA Australia on their first student accommodation project in Australia. Involved from the 50% design mark, our team provided full project management and superintendency consultancy services throughout the construction delivery of the project.

Considered the prototype for GSA’s other student accommodation projects, the 12-story building features a range of apartment types, from studio through to six-bedroom. A number of communal spaces also exist, including kitchen, laundry, game zone, break out, study pods and an outdoor terrace.
